Crocodiles are majestic, powerful, and amazing creatures

Look at this crocodile, just look at it! Now look at it again! What part of this beautiful creature does not scream I am majestic? Those proud shoulders with his head held up high shows how powerful he is and if that wasn't enough to convince you he was powerful, try to pet him. This creature has been pulling off the reptile print since the time of the dinosaurs, how AMAZING is that! If by now you haven't come to the conclusion this crocodile is a majestic, powerful, and amazing creature then you are whack!  Really you should come to this conclusion for all crocodiles because they are all the same.

Crocodiles are ridiculous looking, silly, and lame creatures.

OMG reptile print?! Hello 90s! This croc is so out of style, it looks ridiculous. Those ugly teeth and beady eyes make them all look so silly! Crocodiles are no ones favorite creature probably because they are lame.  All they do is sit around in nasty water all day. In fact they are so lame they should go extinct already. Seriously.

The first element I see when I look at this ad is two attractive young people drinking Pepsi and having a fun time by the beach. This part of the ad is playing on audience's emotions. Society idolizes the young and attractive. Next I notice the caption at the bottom where it states, " Pepsi the Light refreshment". Now I am associating Pepsi with a healthy life style. The product is appealing to the health conscious part of population. I notice the vintage appearance the ad has. Assuming it is created during today’s time, this ad now appeals to the older generation who grew up during that time period. After putting all the clues together I realize that the audience the ad is targeting is middle age, slightly overweight portion of the population. The thesis of this ad is "Drinking Pepsi will make your life like the one in the ad." This is known as a casual argument. If you buy this product your life will be like the one in the ad.

About Me!

My name is Sara Kennedy. I am an Economics Major at Clemson University but I am trying to double major with a Psychology degree. I plan on attending law school after graduation. My dream is to become a corporate lawyer, looking over legal documents for some big fancy company! Anyway, I grew up on a small farm in a no red lights, can't find it on a map town called, Donalds, SC .  I have a father who runs around the farm with his pet chihuahua, a mother whose cooking could show up Paula Dean's, and brother who is obsessed with chicken farming. I myself am more into blowing my pay check on new clothes and picking out the puppy I will be getting this fall. Some things that I hate include spelling, cows, and abortions. Well, that about sums me up!
